Job summary

Colliers International in Milwaukee is seeking a Valuation Services Director to lead top‑tier appraisal and advisory work for corporate clients, REITs and funds. You will originate and manage client relationships, supervise teams, allocate assignments, and apply DCF, Sales Comparison and Cost approaches to deliver compelling valuations.

The role is hybrid, based in the local office, requires MAI and 10+ years of experience, a bachelor’s degree plus advanced coursework, and strong MS Excel skills

Qualifications

• MAI designation required.
• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree plus completion of advanced appraisal class curriculum (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Team player mentality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to deliver excellent client service across the organization and with external partner.

Responsibilities

• Originate new client relationships and foster existing ones.
• Manage team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results.
• Allocate appraisal assignments.
• Supervise trainee appraisers.
• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, lenders, etc.
• Apply discounted cash flow, Sales Comparison Approach, Cost Approach, and Highest & Best Use.
