Colliers International in Seattle is seeking a Valuation Services Director to lead top-tier valuation services, originate and manage client relationships, and oversee complex appraisal assignments across geographies.

The role requires MAI designation with 10+ years of experience, strong MS Excel and Argus skills, and a collaborative, client-focused approach. This hybrid position is based out of the local office in Seattle.

Qualificações

• MAI designation with 10+ years of appraisal experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus advanced appraisal coursework is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Originate new client relationships and foster existing ones.
• Manage team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results.
• Allocation of appraisal assignments and supervision of trainees.
• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients, REITs, funds and lenders.
• Apply appraisal techniques including DCF, Sales Comparison, Cost, and Highest & Best Use.
