Colliers International in the United States is seeking a Valuation Services Director to lead top-tier valuation work, originate new client relationships and oversee cross-geo teams. You will deliver complex appraisal assignments for corporate clients, REITs and funds, using DCF, Sales Comparison, Cost, and HBU methods.

Hybrid role based out of the local office. MAI designation and 10+ years of experience are required to drive high-quality client service and growth.

Qualifications

• MAI designation required.
• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus completion of advanced appraisal class curriculum (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lead client service across the organization.

Responsabilités

• Originate new client relationships and foster existing ones.
• Manage team members across geographies to deliver client service and results.
• Allocation of appraisal assignments.
• Supervision of trainee appraisers.
• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients, REITs, funds, lenders.
• Apply expertise in discounted cash flow, Sales Comparison, Cost Approach, and Highest & Best Use.
• Review industry surveys, benchmarks, trends.
• Assist with presenting results clearly.
