Colliers International is seeking a Valuation Services Director to originate new client relationships and manage multidisciplinary appraisal teams. You will oversee valuation assignments for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, and lenders, applying methodologies such as DCF, sales comparison, and cost approaches.

The role emphasizes high-quality client service, cross-geography team supervision, and clear presentation of analysis results.

Qualifications

• MAI designation required; 10+ years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus completion of advanced appraisal class curriculum (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Team player mentality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to deliver excellent client service across the organization and with external partner.

Responsabilités

• Originate new client relationships and foster existing ones.
• Manage team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results.
• Allocation of appraisal assignments.
• Supervision of trainee appraisers.
• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, lenders, etc.
• Apply expertise in discounted cash flow (Argus and MS Excel), Sales Comparison Approach, Cost Approach, and Highest & Best Use.
• Review industry surveys, benchmarks, economic and demographic trends.
• Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and concise manner.
