Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Valuation Services Director for a hybrid role based out of the local office. You will originate and manage client relationships, lead a multi-geography team, and perform high-quality valuation/advisory work for corporate clients, REITs, funds, and lenders.

The role requires MAI designation with 10+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree plus advanced appraisal coursework, and proficiency in MS Office. Strong client service and collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

• Originate new client relationships and foster existing ones
• Manage team members across geographies to deliver client service
• Allocation of appraisal assignments
• Supervision of trainee appraisers
• Execute valuation/ appraisal assignments for corporate clients, REITs, funds, lenders
• Apply expertise in discounted cash flow, Sales Comparison, Cost and Highest & Best Use
• Review industry surveys and economic/demographic trends
• Assist with presenting results clearly
