Job summary

Colliers International in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Valuation Services Director to deliver top-tier valuation and advisory services for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds and lenders.

You will originate new client relationships, supervise appraisers, allocate assignments, and apply approaches including discounted cash flow, Sales Comparison, Cost, and Highest & Best Use to deliver high-quality reports. This is a hybrid role based out of the local office.

Qualifications

• MAI designation is required.
• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus completion of advanced appraisal class curriculum (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Originate new client relationships and foster existing ones.
• Manage team members across geographies to deliver client service and results.
• Allocation of appraisal assignments.
• Supervision of trainee appraisers.
• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, lenders, etc.
• Apply discounted cash flow, Sales Comparison Approach, Cost Approach, and Highest & Best Use.
