  • Ability to deliver excellent client service across the organization and with external partners.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Originate new client relationships and foster existing ones.

  • Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, open and closed-end funds, lenders, and other clients.
  • Apply discounted cash flow, Sales Comparison Approach, Cost Approach, and Highest & Best Use methodologies.
  • Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic and demographic trends.
  • Assist with preparing and presenting analysis results clearly and concisely.
  • Promote and advocate Colliers’ brand in the local market.
  • Provide valuation and advisory solutions by leveraging the Company’s full platform of services.
