Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, or related field.
  • 4+ years’ experience in Appraisal Operations or similar role.
  • Experience in client relationship management.
  • Current valid driver’s license and personal vehicle suitable for field use.
  • Strong grasp of financial analysis, including cost-benefit assessments, valuation approaches (sales comparison, cost, income), and complex property value calculations.
  • Certified General Appraiser status now or within designated time.
  • Ability to travel as needed - up to 25%.
  • Oversee multiple appraisal projects simultaneously with timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Experience coordinating large-scale utility or infrastructure projects, particularly in eminent domain contexts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to utilities, legal terms, and government agencies.
