Qualifications

• 5-7 years of fair market and fair value valuation experience.
• Experience at a Top 20 or Big 4 accounting firm preferred.
• Strong technical background in ASC 805 and ASC 718; familiarity with Monte Carlo methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of fair market and fair value valuation engagements.
• Review third-party valuation reports and provide technical support to audit teams.
• Mentor and manage Seniors and Associates across verticals.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and ensure timely project delivery.
• Assist leadership with business development and client relationship expansion.
