This role focuses on delivering high-quality, complex valuation projects for purchase accounting (ASC 805), stock compensation (ASC 718) and PCAOB audit reviews. The role also includes some responsibility for managing valuation engagements under fair market value for various purposes. The Manager will also have opportunities to work across a variety of industries, with exposure to healthcare, life sciences, industrials, construction, and real estate. The Manager will act as a key project leader, managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring technical accuracy, and supporting senior leadership in expanding our consulting footprint.
