CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) seeks a senior valuation director/manager to lead engagements across corporate, tax, litigation, and strategic planning. You will oversee projects, review reports, and mentor associates while delivering technically rigorous and defensible conclusions.

Role emphasizes client engagement, cross‑functional collaboration, and developing scalable valuation frameworks with innovative processes across the firm.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in valuation or a similar consulting practice/function servicing clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• ABV, ASA, CVA, or related designation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) required.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Proficiency with valuation standards and complex financial instruments.

Responsibilities

• Valuation leadership and project management for complex engagements.
• Oversee valuations of equity, debt, derivatives, and structured securities.
• Review and approve valuation reports and financial models for rigor and defensibility.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve valuation issues and support litigation and forensic work.
• Lead client communications and business development efforts.
