Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen is seeking a highly experienced Valuation Director/Manager to lead complex valuation assignments, including business enterprises, IP, and financial instruments. You will review reports, build robust financial models, and provide testimony-focused insights while mentoring a growing team.

You will engage with clients, support proposals, and contribute to cross-functional valuation initiatives across Assurance, Tax, and Advisory teams in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in valuation or a related consulting practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• ABV, ASA, CVA, or related designation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Proficiency with valuation standards and complex financial instruments.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation projects involving business enterprises, IP, intangible assets, and complex instruments.
• Oversee valuations of equity, debt, derivatives, and structured securities for various purposes.
• Review and approve valuation reports and financial models for rigor and defensibility.
• Deliver valuation support for forensic, litigation, and investigative assignments.
• Cultivate client relationships, support proposals, and represent the practice in industry forums.
• Supervise and mentor a team, providing coaching and career development.
