Qualifications

  • Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Coursework or minor in information systems, software engineering, computer science or data analytics preferred.
  • Strong financial analysis, modeling, and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze competitive industry dynamics and financial condition of peer companies; build models including DCF, CAPM, and market multiples.
  • Participate in due diligence on mergers, purchase price allocations, and impairment testing.
  • Research and communicate key qualitative and quantitative drivers of companies and industries.
  • Prepare analyses and documentation for financial reporting and tax purposes using Excel, Access, Power BI and Alteryx.
  • Interview client management to identify valuation inputs and document findings.
  • Prepare valuation reports and transfer pricing documents; assist with client presentations.
