Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Mathematics.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Coursework in information systems or data analytics preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze peer companies and drivers using DCF, CAPM, and market multiples.
• Support due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and PPA work.
• Communicate qualitative and quantitative factors of firms and industries.
• Prepare analyses and documentation using Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx.
• Interview senior management to document inputs and findings.
• Develop valuation reports and client-ready narratives; assist transfer pricing work.
• Build capabilities in AI and related tech to enhance service delivery.
