U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. is launching the V.O.L.T. Program—a paid, full-time, three-year career program for recent high school graduates.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across warehouse operations, counter sales, inside sales, and customer service while receiving mentorship and training. Upon successful completion, you transition into a permanent role with USESI. You will work with real customers, products, and processes while receiving guidance, training, and support throughout the

Responsibilities

• Learn customer service and counter sales skills.

This paid, full-time, three-year career program is designed for recent high school graduates who want hands-on experience, mentorship, and long-term growth in the electrical distribution industry. After successful completion of the program, you will transition into a permanent role with USESI.

As a V.O.L.T. Trainee, you will earn while you learn by gaining real-world experience in warehouse operations, counter sales, inside sales, customer service, product knowledge, business systems, and branch operations. You will work with real customers, products, and processes while receiving guidance, training, and support throughout the program.
