U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. is launching the V.O.L.T. Program—a paid, full-time, three-year career program for recent high school graduates.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across warehouse operations, counter sales, inside sales, and customer service while receiving mentorship and training. Upon successful completion, you transition into a permanent role with USESI. You will work with real customers, products, and processes while receiving guidance, training, and support throughout the

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• No prior electrical distribution experience required.
• Must be able to work full-time and onsite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse and branch environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service mindset.
• Positive attitude and commitment to learning.

Responsibilities

• Learn customer service and counter sales skills.
• Gain product knowledge in the electrical distribution industry.
• Assist with order entry, quotes, transfers, and customer support.
• Support inside sales and project follow-up activities.
