Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Life Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent CQV experience.
- 7–13 years in advanced therapy, life science, pharma, or biotech.
- Willingness to travel for client projects.
- 4+ years managing high-performing teams.
- 2+ years in business development, lead generation, or sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the site strategy to position the firm as a leader in CQV services.
- Drive site-level business expansion and development with a strategic focus.
- Oversee career development and performance of the site team.
- Manage resource planning, budgets and schedules for projects.
- Lead technical delivery; ensure GMP engineering and regulatory standards.
- Support client relationship management and ongoing project opportunities.
