Project Farma is seeking a Validation - Manager/Senior Manager to lead teams across CQV projects in the Washington DC area. The role balances people leadership with operational accountability, coaching, resource planning, and delivering high-quality work within scope, time, and budget.

You'll drive site strategy, growth, and client relationships, mentor team members, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to scale capabilities and improve performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree (and/or Masters) in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7-13 years' advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech experience.
• Willingness to travel as required for client project assignments; 4 years minimum managing high-performing teams; 2 years minimum business development, lead generation, or sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead teams and oversee execution of work aligned to project, client, and business objectives.
• Develop and own site strategy to position the firm as a leader in CQV services.
• Drive site-level growth, manage budgets, and monitor KPIs to ensure project success.
