Project Farma seeks a Validation - Manager/Senior Manager to lead teams and oversee work aligned to project, client, and business objectives. You will coach, mentor, and develop site teams while driving strategic growth and ensuring high-quality delivery across projects.

The role requires 7–13 years in life sciences with strong leadership and travel willingness to meet client needs. Bachelor's/Master's in a related field is required; travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (and/or Masters) in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7–13 years' advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech experience.
• 4 years minimum managing high-performing teams.
• 2 years minimum business development, lead generation, or sales experience.
• Willingness to travel as required for client project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead site strategy to position the firm as a CQV services leader.
• Drive site-level business expansion and development with a strategic focus.
• Coach, mentor, and develop site team leads for leadership roles.
• Oversee resource management and project delivery within budget.
• Collaborate with Market Directors to share best practices across sites.
