Project Farma seeks a Validation - Manager/Senior Manager to lead teams and oversee work aligned to project and client objectives. The role balances people leadership with operational accountability across site CQV services.

You will drive business development, manage budgets, and mentor a high-performing team, with travel to meet client project requests. Requires 7–13 years in life sciences and a Bachelor's (or Master’s) in a related field.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree (and/or Masters) in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7-13 years' advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech experience.
• Willingness to travel as required for client project assignments.
• 4 years minimum managing high-performing teams.
• 2 years minimum business development, lead generation, or sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own the site strategy to position the firm as a leader in CQV services.
• Drive site-level business expansion and development with a strategic focus to expand services.
• Lead, oversee, and execute client project initiatives and ensure quality delivery.
• Manage budgets, resources, and performance metrics across multiple projects.
• Mentor and develop team leads for leadership roles.
