Job summary

Project Farma in Sacramento seeks a Validation Engineer III / Lead Engineer to advance complex validation workstreams within life sciences projects. You will execute CQV protocols, develop testing plans, and ensure deliverables meet GMP/FDA standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, quality, and project controls.

Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
2-7 years in consulting and/or engineering services.
Willingness to travel as required for client projects.

Responsibilities

Execute technical tasks within projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Perform CQV tasks, protocol development, equipment testing under guidance.
Report issues to Site Lead and support resolution.
Ensure compliance with client specs, regulatory requirements (FDA, GMP).
Author technical documents (SOPs, requirements, testing protocols, summary reports).
Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge to support project delivery.
Assist with project controls and scheduling including budgets and milestones.
Maintain site dashboards and deliverable trackers; support cross-functional coordination.
