Job summary

Project Farma is seeking a Validation Engineer III / Lead Engineer based in the United States (Sacramento, CA preferred) with strong CQV expertise. You will independently lead complex validation workstreams, develop protocols, validate systems, and ensure adherence to FDA/GMP standards while mentoring junior engineers.

The role requires 2–7 years in life sciences/engineering, willingness to travel up to 100%, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Science or Engineering.
2–7 years of consulting or engineering services experience.
Willingness to travel up to 100% for client project assignments.
Knowledge of GxP, FDA/industry standards, and CQV best practices.
Ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Execute CQV tasks and protocol development under Site Lead guidance.
Report technical issues and support resolution efforts.
Create and review SOPs, requirements specs, and testing protocols.
Collaborate with Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams.
Mentor junior engineers and support site dashboards and billables.
Assist with project controls, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
