Job summary

Hollywood Casino at Greektown in Detroit seeks a Valet to provide top-level guest services, including parking and retrieving vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a valid Michigan driver’s license and be able to operate various motor vehicles, including manual transmissions. Responsibilities include delivering excellent service, answering guest inquiries, and training new team members. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Parks guests' cars upon arrival.
• Retrieves guest’s cars upon departure.
• Provides the highest level of guest service.

Skills
