Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Detroit is seeking a valet associate to oversee the efficient operation of the Valet areas on assigned shifts. You will enter vehicle information, ensure tickets are complete, and interact with guests to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work under pressure, and knowledge of the property. Training for Dispatchers is possible; other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Michigan driver's license.
• Able to operate various motor vehicles.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to perform basic math and maintain records.
• Follow policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Enters vehicle information into the system
• Make sure ticket is filled out completely
• Professionally interacts with customers
• Notifies management for any challenges
• Organizes working station
• Responsible for maintaining the highest level of Guest Service
• Train new team members (Dispatchers only)
• Thorough knowledge of the property
• Other duties as assigned
