Responsibilities

• Make sure ticket is filled out completely.

• Notify management of any challenges or issues.
• Organize and maintain the working station for efficiency.
• Assist with training new team members (Dispatchers only).
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and services.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
