Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests at valet entrance with courteous and enthusiastic service.
• Collect vehicle claim checks and retrieve guests’ vehicles on departure.
• Assist guests needing special assistance and aid as needed.
• Help regulate vehicle flow to prevent traffic congestion at the valet area.
• Answer guest questions about hotel, restaurants, events, and attractions.
• Report thefts or missing items to supervisor or security for investigation.
