The Valet Supervisor at Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club oversees the valet staff, ensuring a warm, professional arrival for Members and Guests. This role is the first and last impression of the club’s hospitality and requires coordinating door opening, parking, and guidance on arrival.

The supervisor maintains staffing levels, trains attendants, and ensures safety and courtesy in all interactions. Daily duties include greeting guests, assisting with packages when time allows, and reporting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes Members and Guests according to RPYCC standards.
• Opens car doors for drivers and passengers when staffing allows.
• Safely parks and retrieves cars according to RPYCC standards.
• Greets Members by name when possible.
• Maintains porte-cochere cleanliness and reports hazards.
• Trains Valet Attendants and enforces RPYCC standards.
• Assists with shuttle service when needed.
• Reports compliments, complaints or suggestions to the Clubhouse Manager.
