Job summary

SP+ Hospitality is seeking a Valet Supervisor for the Royal Palm South Beach location. You will lead by example and oversee daily shift operations, delivering 5‑Star service to every guest.

Role requires at least 6 months of guest service experience, a valid driver’s license, and English communication skills. This is an outdoor, fast-paced environment with emphasis on guest relations and facility flow and safety.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of guest service experience.
• Valid state driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and oral).
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and oversee daily shift operations.
• Provide and guide your team to deliver 5‑Star service to every guest.
• Ensure proper functioning of your assigned shift from start to finish.
• Monitor and ensure policy compliance with SP+ Hospitality policies.
• Act as the first point of contact for associates during the shift.
• Assist high‑profile guests and resolve service concerns on the spot.
• Maintain the flow of the parking facility to ensure efficiency and safety.
