The Valet Supervisor at Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club oversees the valet staff, ensuring a warm, professional arrival for Members and Guests. This role is the first and last impression of the club’s hospitality and requires coordinating door opening, parking, and guidance on arrival.
The supervisor maintains staffing levels, trains attendants, and ensures safety and courtesy in all interactions. Daily duties include greeting guests, assisting with packages when time allows, and reporting
POSITION SUMMARY: The Valet Supervisor is the first and last impression that Members and Guests have of the Club. It is imperative that he/she creates a warm, welcoming and professional image for all as they arrive at the Club. The Valet Supervisor ensures that the Valet staff initiates hospitality to all Members and Guests at all times as well as taking responsibility for all vehicles left in their care by performing the following duties:
