Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. You will manage guest/patient services, hire/train staff, and direct work to meet service and financial goals.

Responsibilities include staffing, performance appraisals, and reporting, with a focus on safety and quality standards across shifts and teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of related hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest/service delivery is exceptional on all shifts.
• Own recruitment, training, and coaching of associates.
• Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
