Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to elevate guest services at a designated Orlando location. You will recruit, train, and supervise a small team, ensuring top-tier service while aligning with client standards and Towne Park policies.

You will monitor performance, coach staff, and manage scheduling and revenue reporting. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and a strong customer-focus mindset in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of one year hospitality-related experience.
• Knowledge of Towne Park procedures and safety policies.
• Ability to operate a vehicle with manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and lead by example on all shifts.
• Allocate labor resources to meet service and productivity goals.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training of associates.
• Guide performance appraisals and provide coaching as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with client site staff and meet client objectives.
• Understand business metrics, revenue reporting and schedule controls.
