Job summary

Evolution Parking & Guest Services is seeking a Valet Ramp Captain to ensure safe and efficient parking operations while delivering exceptional guest service. You will lead the valet team, respond to guest requests, greet guests professionally, and support the Guest Service Manager.

You will also oversee traffic flow, uphold appearance and attendance standards, and participate in Crescendo programs. A relevant education or experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in valet parking.
• Valid US Driver's License.
• 2+ years in a management position.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, such as ADP.
• Experience with Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and lead by example to enhance the team’s performance.
• Monitor and maintain efficient traffic flow throughout the valet staging area.
• Supervise valet operations and resolve issues in the absence of the Guest Service Manager.
• Retrieve and park vehicles in designated areas cautiously.
• Follow all appearance standards and attendance standards set forth by Evolution Parking & Guest Services.
• Participate in Crescendo Academy and Crescendo Leadership Developmental Programs.
