Asbury Automotive Group in Boston, MA is seeking a Service Valet/Porter to greet customers, check them in for service, and move vehicles between the drive and shop. You will be the first point of contact for service customers and help the team keep the service drive organized.

The role requires the ability to work outdoors, operate a manual transmission if needed, and pass pre-employment screening. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are included with this position.

Formación

• Ability to operate manual transmission is highly preferred.
• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
• Assist the Service Advisor in helping customers while maintaining organization in the service drive.
• Move the customers vehicle following the greeting process as outlined by management.
• Retain keys according to departmental safeguard procedures.
• Actively promote effective working relationships with associates and departments in the dealership.
• Follow dealership procedures for active vehicle delivery to drive CSI.
• Readily assist fellow dealership personnel to ensure full functioning of the dealership.
• Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods of time.
