Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Service Valet/Porter to welcome customers and assist in the service drive. You will meet arriving customers, check them in, and move vehicles safely to the shop, supporting the Service Advisor and team throughout the day.

The role requires standing for long periods, outdoor work, and a valid drivers license. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within the dealership network.

Qualifications

• Must have valid drivers license.
• Ability to operate manual transmission preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and collect vehicle information when possible.
• Assist Service Advisor and maintain organization in the service drive.
• Move customer vehicles from the drive to the shop following safety procedures.
• Retain keys according to safeguard procedures.
• Promote good working relationships across dealership teams.
• Deliver vehicles per dealership procedures to ensure CSI.
