Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group in Tucson is seeking a Service Valet/Porter to greet arriving customers, assist the Service Advisor, and move vehicles through the service drive. You will be on your feet outdoors, following established procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a smooth check-in and transfer process.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to dealership policies. Prior experience is helpful, and a valid drivers license is required for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).
• Experience in customer service or automotive industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information when possible.
• Assist the Service Advisor and maintain organization in the service drive.
• Move customer vehicles safely according to managements guidance.
• Retain keys according to safeguard procedures.
• Promote positive working relationships with colleagues and departments.
• Follow dealership procedures for active vehicle delivery to support CSI.
• Assist dealership personnel to ensure full dealership functioning.
• Work outdoors and stand for extended periods.
