Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager for a Boston location to ensure high levels of client, guest and associate satisfaction. You will oversee guest services, hire, train, evaluate and direct a team while managing operations and finances to meet service standards.

Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching staff, aligning with client standards, supervising revenue reporting, and maintaining strong client communication to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of hospitality related experience.
• Knowledge of Towne Park policies and safety procedures.
• Strong customer service orientation and confidentiality awareness.

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest service experience is delivered exceptionally on all shifts.
• Allocates labor resources to support service delivery and staffing levels.
• Leads recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of associates.
• Guides team to meet client objectives and coaches on performance.
• Maintains cohesive relationships with client staff and conducts regular meetings.
• Drives business metrics, revenue reporting, and accurate shift reporting.
