Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure exceptional guest and client service at a designated location in Tysons, VA. The role involves supervising guest services, hiring and training associates, directing daily work, and ensuring financial accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Account Manager, managing performance and coaching, and maintaining strong client relations to exceed expectations. Travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• One year of related experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at the Towne Park location.
• Hire, train, evaluate and discharge associates as needed.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance and manage finances and reporting.
• Address customer complaints and supervise a minimum of two associates.
• Maintain regular client communication and ensure service standards are met.
