Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is seeking a Guest Services Associate to maintain pristine guest corridors, assist with linens, and support housekeeping operations. The role emphasizes service with a smile, timely item delivery, and attention to detail in a luxury hotel environment.

You will join a team dedicated to an exceptional guest experience, with full-time hours, flexible AM/PM shifts, and opportunities for growth within a globally renowned luxury brand.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in hospitality service or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Keeps all guest corridors neat, vacuumed and dusted. Makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark‑free.
• Moves racks of clean Rooms linen to Guest Room floors and stocks Linen Storage Rooms daily.
• Assists Housekeepers as required. Helps move beds and furniture, turns mattresses, removes or hangs sheers and drapes.
• Picks up and delivers guest request items on a timely basis.

What we expect:

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Keeps all guest corridors neat, vacuumed and dusted. Makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark‑free. Keeps all service elevator landings, stairwells and linen storage rooms clean by sweeping, mopping and dusting the areas.
• Moves racks of clean Rooms linen to Guest Room floors. Stocks Linen Storage Rooms and Armoires daily with supplies and amenities. Empties trash and dirty linen from guest room floors.
• Assists Housekeepers as required. Helps move beds and furniture, turns mattresses, removes or hangs sheers and drapes.
• Picks up and delivers guest request items on a timely basis such as Irons, Ironing boards, Cribs and Roll‑aways.

Ideal candidate will have:

• 1-2 years in hospitality service or comparable experience
