Job summary

Jacobsen|Daniels is seeking a Parking Operations Supervisor at San Antonio International Airport (SAT). You will lead valet services, train staff, manage schedules, and control costs to meet client expectations. The role requires flexibility for day and night shifts, including weekends, and outdoor work.

You will collaborate with GM and Valet Manager, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive safety and process improvements. A 2+ year hospitality ops background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates or four-year college degree a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of operations management/supervisor experience in hospitality industry, including guest/customer service.
• Working knowledge of parking and transportation systems software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing parking facilities to contractual expectations.
• Provide leadership and direction to department staff.
• Oversee audits and payroll accuracy to control labor costs.
• Coordinate parking/transportation with other departments.
• Hire, train and develop Parking Attendants, Cashiers, Maintenance and Supervisors.
• Submit reports to Headquarters and manage daily/ monthly operating statements.
