Job summary

SP+ is hiring a Supervisor for Valet Operations in Memphis, TN. The role oversees daily valet activities, ensures payments and routes align with location contracts, and maintains a professional image. You will lead, coach, and schedule a crew while upholding safety standards and audit controls.

Minimal high school education with 6 months related experience; a valid driver's license is required. You will manage guest interactions, vehicle movement, and operational efficiency in a dynamic parking

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; up to 6 months related experience or training.
Valid state driver's license and clean driving record; manual transmission may be required.
Strong communication skills; professional demeanor and customer focus.
Ability to adapt to changing schedules and operational needs.
Good judgment and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
Assist guests in and out of vehicles, drive and retrieve cars safely.
Assist with hiring, training, and coaching the valet team; build staffing schedules.
Maintain compliance with SOPs and secure vehicles/keys at all times.
Process daily paperwork in line with audit standards.
Keep drive lanes and crosswalks clean and safe from hazards.
Develop staging plans to maximize parking capacity.
Substitute for other roles when needed; perform additional duties as required.
