Responsibilities

• Directly supervise attendants and support staff, including scheduling and training.
• Serve as primary contact for guest relations and tenant coordination related to valet and parking.
• Create and manage weekly schedules; recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Respond to guest concerns and coordinate with property management and tenants.
• Coordinate valet service for tenant events and promotions; manage cash handling and deposits.
• Track revenue, ticket counts, staffing costs; report KPIs to senior management.
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Maintain records of incidents; oversee resolution and quality controls.
• Conduct staff meetings and ongoing training on service standards and safety.
