Job summary

SP+ is hiring a location valet team member in Glendale, AZ. You will greet guests, assist with entering and exiting vehicles, and park/retrieve cars safely and professionally. This role supports hiring and training of a valet team, creates daily staffing plans, and ensures compliance with SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education: minimal high school diploma or equivalent and 6 months related experience or training.
• Driver’s license required with valid address and acceptable driving record.
• Oral communication: speaks clearly; listens well and asks for clarification when needed.
• Written communication: reads and writes clearly and informs others as needed.
• Customer service: maintains a positive attitude and serves guests courteously.
• Adaptability: adjusts to changes and handles delays or unexpected events.
• Judgment: demonstrates sound and accurate judgment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of their vehicles.
• Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles safely and professionally.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching the valet team.
• Create staffing schedules based on daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain SOPs and protect vehicles and keys.
• Process daily paperwork per audit standards.
• Keep drive lanes and crosswalks clean and safe.
• Develop staging plans to maximize parking capacity.
• Identify vehicle makes/models quickly; know basic operations.
• Substitute for any position as needed.
• Perform additional duties as required.
