Job summary

SP+ is hiring a Valet Dispatcher in Scottsdale, AZ. The role coordinates Valet Attendants to park and retrieve guest vehicles and manages keys and guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School or about 1 month related experience.
• License: Valid state-issued driver's license if driving company vehicle is required.
• Availability: 2nd/3rd shift and weekends may be required.
• Language: Ability to read/write simple materials and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch Valet Attendants to park and retrieve guest vehicles.
• Monitor guest wait times to meet service standards.
• Secure and track all guest vehicle keys.
• Accept and process valet fees where applicable.
• Answer telephones with proper etiquette.
• Provide directions to guests using local streets and landmarks.
• Report accidents or policy violations to Supervisors/Manager.
• Assist in keeping ramp area clear and the garage office tidy.
