Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is expanding its valet operations in Tucson. This Supervisor, Valet Operations role oversees day-to-day location management, customer service, staffing, and safety compliance while promoting a professional image and efficient valet flow.

The position requires a high school diploma with at least 6 months related experience and a valid driver’s license. Competitive tips plus full benefits are provided, with an emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 6 months related experience or training.
• Valid driver license with clean record; ability to drive manual transmission may be required.
• Clear verbal communication; ability to read and interpret information.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of vehicles; drive, park, and retrieve cars safely.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching the valet team.
• Create staffing schedules based on daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain SOP compliance and protect vehicles/keys at all times.
• Prepare daily paperwork per audit standards.
• Keep drive lanes and crosswalks free of debris and hazards.
