Parking Management Company in Savannah, GA seeks a Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to oversee daily valet operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional guest service at assigned accounts. This on-site, non-exempt role involves coordinating vehicle flow, conducting pre-shift meetings, resolving guest issues, and supporting payroll, tips, and safety.

A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of supervisory or customer service experience are preferred; uniforms and grooming

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in customer service/hospitality preferred.
• Experience in managing a team and coordinating daily operations.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, team members, and managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance to ensure smooth service.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and maintain open communication with supervisors.
• Address guest questions, concerns, and service issues with professionalism.
• Ensure staff grooming, uniforms, and adherence to schedule times.
• Assist with payroll, tip reporting, and vehicle counts for accurate submissions.
• Maintain safety standards and proper key/vehicle handling.
