Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is looking for friendly valet drivers in Tucson, AZ. You’ll interact with customers, safely park vehicles, explain rates, and ensure a smooth, reliable experience for every guest.

You must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a manual transmission. Weekend or second/third shift availability may be required. You’ll work as part of a caring team and may earn tips in addition to hourly pay.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift).
• Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends).
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and coworkers and respond professionally to problems.
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions, emails, and memos.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changes and delays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients, resolving requests efficiently.
• Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report all accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know the area's major streets, landmarks, and freeways for a seamless experience.
• Arrive in uniform on time and ready to work.
• Remain in uniform for the entire shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
