Job summary

Evolution Parking & Guest Services is seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager to support the Guest Services Manager in overseeing valet operations and delivering exceptional customer service. You will greet guests, coordinate shifts, monitor performance, and ensure a professional appearance and compliance with standards.

The role requires a minimum of 2+ years in a management position, experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP, and a strong background in customer service and operations

Responsibilities

• Assist the Guest Services Manager in overseeing valet operations and ensuring exceptional guest service.
• Coordinate shifts, schedules, and daily huddles; maintain professional appearance and dress code.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to associates; support hiring and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and quality procedures.
