Job summary

12 Oaks Parking in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Area Manager to develop and lead valet teams and oversee the full valet operation. You will drive account performance to meet financial, guest satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives.

You will coordinate teams at multiple locations, train staff on service and safety, manage scheduling and reporting, and build strong client relationships while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations around a 24/7 framework.

Qualifications

• 2+ years previous parking management experience required.
• Candidate must have a valid driver's license.
• Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidate must have a clean motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned valet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
• Lead teams at multiple locations with a focus on operational excellence and outstanding customer service.
• Train team members on customer service, safety, and inclusion best practices.
• Manage scheduling, overtime, tip reporting and timekeeping for associates.
• Ensure revenue collection procedures are followed and payroll and accounting reports are on time and accurate.
• Budget and create quotes for private events, follow up on accounts receivable.
• Meet with potential clients for new business opportunities.
• Conduct interviews and hire team members; coach, counsel and process terminations when appropriate.
• Perform duties in a timely manner following company policies to achieve objectives.
• Build professional relationships with customers, vendors, and staff; respond to incidents promptly.
• Address client and team member complaints and resolve problems.
• Attend client meetings and foster client relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned; be on call for 24/7 operations.
