Job summary

12 Oaks Parking in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Area Manager to develop and lead valet teams and oversee the full valet operation. You will drive account performance to meet financial, guest satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives.

You will coordinate teams at multiple locations, train staff on service and safety, manage scheduling and reporting, and build strong client relationships while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations around a 24/7 framework.

Qualifications

• 2+ years previous parking management experience required.
• Candidate must have a valid driver's license.
• Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidate must have a clean motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned valet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
• Lead teams at multiple locations with a focus on operational excellence and outstanding customer service.

• Perform other duties as assigned; be on call for 24/7 operations.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to develop and lead valet teams in Birmingham. You will directly oversee and be responsible for account performance to achieve financial, guest satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives. As the Area Manager, you will have oversight of the entire valet operation(s).
