Job summary

Towne is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the guest experience alongside coworkers, ensuring service standards are met. Under the Account Manager, this role involves coordination, administration, and troubleshooting when the manager is off-site.

The position emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and proactive guest support. Responsibilities include door assistance, parking procedures, bell services, guest inquiries, and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years old with ability to pass background checks.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests warmly to create positive first and last impressions.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests and explain parking procedures; park/retrieve cars carefully.
• Provide bell services, assist with directions, taxis, reservations and guest inquiries.
• Lead by example to promote teamwork and effective communication within the group.
• Process vehicle keys, tickets, and receipts; ensure secure handling of keys and information.
• Support manager with scheduling, revenue identification, and shift reporting as needed.
